Ok, I just somehow got the impression that you were after a caveatless
implementation. But I'm fine with the current one; maybe the caveat of
"resetting" sepchar with 1 param in query string (or no query at all)
should be documented though.

I was thinking about $u->query_param(';', foo => 0..3), ie. taking the
first arg as the separator. But I'm not sure if this is actually better
than the former suggestion at all.
