With of course an obvious problem that require 'xml' is surely
going to conflict with someone else - putting us back with the same
problem.
Despite the use of XML as a module, I don't think anyone has ever been
so bold as to put forth 'xml.rb', nor do I think they ever will. Thus
by default, I think we can get away with it. :)
