Looks like Charlie is quite busy. I could act as a co-maintainer? As the
initial steps I will create the libxml account add collaborators and clone
the repositories.

We can then start setting targets: porting completely to Ruby 1.9.2, fixing
the bugs, integrating patches and stuff. What say?
