I have now built and tagged the first release candidate for Licq 1.3.6.
Note that this is NOT the official announcement. I will send that after
the files have been uploaded to SourceForge.
Until then the files are available from my server:

Note that my uplink speed is not very high (only 0.5 Mbps) so don't
distribute this link too much and expect the files to be removed as soon
as they are available to be downloaded from the official download area
at SourceForge.
Jon or Arne (however reads this first): Please upload the packages to
SourceForge as soon as you can and then notify me so I can send out the
official announcements.
