Adam, I never experienced a situation in which licq crashed while looking up user info, but I have had a somewhat similar experience in the past. One of my friends sent me a message and it turned into a "ghost message". Every time I click on that message, licq (version 1.0.3) would crash. The next time I would load licq that message would still be there and still cause crashes. I re-created my user profile and I haven't had the problem since. Since I can't recreate the problem I assume that there would be no easy way to track/fix the problem. I definately want to direct a BIG thank-you to the licq developers for delivering a product I use so much. To be realistic, I think there are some rough edges in licq.
