Well, we discussed this solution and someone (Juan?) objected that this makes
it hard to edit the config file by hand.
You're right, the option for editing the local password is implemented in
qt-gui, but what about console-gui users? They will have to edit the file by
hand.
But anyway, the committed solution is better than no solution at all...
