Hi,

I've got two patches lined up that might be controversial. I'd like some
feedback and hopefully a judgement on whether they will be accepted or
not.

The first patch is called licq-setsecure.diff and removes two instances
where Auto Request Secure was wrongly (IMHO) turned off. For instance, I
don't think it should be automatically turned off when sending directly
fails as this tends to happen intermittently even for people it normally
works for.

The second patch is called licq-dumb_sendserver.diff and it adds an
option to the qt-gui to use the user's last selection as the default for
the Send Through Server checkbox. The reason some people might prefer
this is that licq isn't always right about whether sending through the
server is required.

The patches are available from my website[1] as always.
