I have Licq CVS checked out this morning, compiled with gcc 3.2 and qt2

My friends and I exchange many files by ICQ on our school LAN, but I had
many problems with licq and file transfer.

Now sending files works partly (I have to set the 'urgent' flag). But
receiving files doesn't work: the icqwin says other side has closed
connection, and the log just says:
12:57:43: [ERR] Unable to allocate TCP port for local server (No ports
available)!

This occurs even when deactivating my personal firewall (bastille).

Also when licq segfaults, I have to wait some time before I can launch it
again, or it will segfault immediately (even if it has disappeared from
'ps aux'). Is it normal?

Regards,
