Hello, there are two ways for you to install Licq properly. The easiest way is to download a pre-compiled installation for your SuSE Linux. You can find it here: http://oss.erdfunkstelle.de/licq/ Download the RPM for your SuSE Linux version and install it using the command "rpm -hiv licq-xxxxx.rpm", do this as root-user. The second way is much more complicated, this would mean you have to download the sources (you already did this) and compile it yourself. To do so you have to install a C++ compiler, QT-devel packages, autoconf and automake and some other stuff. Bye, Thomas
