I'll recompile current CVS(*) and I'll tell you what happen. But IIRC, when
I not online it fails the first time and then it hangs on "Requesting logon
(#...)" There's no network activity. Logoff and logon didn't work.
No matter what I do, I can't reproduce this bug. If this is a problem I want to get it resolved ASAP so I can get a new release out so I can work on new things.

At home I have to go through a https proxy and at the office I can use a direct connection to the ICQ server.
Now when coming home proxy is off in licq and it tries to connect which of course fails. When I now turn the proxy on
in the network options I have to close licq and start it again to go online cause it doesn't try it again. When I try to go
online it says that it's already trying to log on and when I try to go offline to reconnect it says that it isn't connected.
It is pretty annoying but I got used to it. Always using a fresh CVS version btw.
