Hi, I was just wondering whether it'd be possible to get LICQ to illuminate one of the keyboard LEDs (like Scroll Lock, for instance) when there's an incoming message. That way you could see if there's a message waiting to be read even if you didn't hear the sound for whatever reason.
I've sort of got the first part going, by changing the OnEvent command to a custom script which runs "xset led on" for an incoming message, but the problem with that is you have to go run "xset led off" to reset the LED every time you've read the message. It'd be nice if it would automatically turn off once you'd read all the waiting messages. Anyone else like this idea? Cheers, Adam. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Parasoft Error proof Web apps, automate testing & more.
