Hello,

i've worked out some "proof-of-concept" code (just locally on my machine, not
public available right now) which would enable the licq daemon to output
translated messages.
You all are used to qt-gui and know you can have qt-gui speak your own
language. But this isn't true for the daemon yet. Still many messages from
the daemon reach the normal end-user (for example in the network log, or in
some popups).

Before i continue making my hack useable for the public i'd like to hear your
opinion.
For example i've asked myself if it is useful to translate error messages
produced by the daemon, or better not? I've decided for myself that all
informational messages should get translated, but no errors and no warnings.
but i really would like to hear other opinions and thoughts.

Thomas
