I've updated my previous patch, this one now disables many items more from the
user context menu (even more than what you listed above). The only thing that
remains are:

Send:
 - send message

Misc:
 - accept in .. (4 items)

The other things don't work w/ MSN proto AFAIK (chat, file, etc.).

I'm really not convinced that greying the items is a good idea, because the
user don't get a clue of why is it disabled, and it denotes a poorly designed
multi-protocol GUI. Maybe hiding the items would be better. At leat the patch
prevents users from doing unrelevant things w/ MSN.
