MSN plugin provides support for one MSN account.

Licq supports SIMULTANEOUSLY one (ICQ OR AIM account), AND (one MSN account),
a total of two accounts maximum so. Here are the account usage possibilities:
ICQ only, ICQ+MSN, AIM only, AIM+MSN, MSN only (of course ICQ/AIM being not a
plugin, support for this is always up, but you're not forced to use a ICQ/MSN
account IIRC).
