Great, I'm waiting for this for years. Even thought about writing it myself, but didn't found the time. One thing: Perhaps you could name the directory in the tar.gz something like icqnd-0.1.5-1.31 instead of just 0.1.5, imho this is how its usually done. Just compiled it, wow, licq in my gnome-panel and working! :-) Another thing, perhaps you already working on that: Sending a message and accepting an away-Msg should (IMHO) also work with Ctrl+Enter.
