hi, i wanted to ask if somebody else is also seeing this behavior.
if i send messages to users who are offline, they receive the correct amount of messages after going online, but those are empty. i first thought that this was only with icq2go (web) clients, but i'm getting more "complaints" from other people who say i'm sending empty messages (e.g. miranda clients). my licq version is CVS from 29th july and i guess the problem started after the UTF8 fix.
