I remember that until recently, I could see auto-away activating (the flower
with a note over it) but I no longer see it. It appeared to be independent
of the screen saver so long as Licq auto-away was set for fewer minutes than
the screensaver. I think this changed when I installed Xandros over Debian
Sarge. The day Debian "Sarge" was released, something made this machine no
longer work on Debian, something even a reinstall would not fix. That is why
I switched to Xandros, which is almost the same thing as Debian.

I will have to check but I believe the autoaway still works on my laptop that
runs Debian "Sarge". It won't work on the two machines running Xandros.

I will fool with the KDE screensaver and see if I can get auto-away to work
again.
