I tried SSL with someone but it did not work, both of us were told by our
respective Licq that the other client does not support SSL. And the attempt
crashed my client and I think this happened only when the remote side
initiated the SSL connection.

I am using 0.9.7e-3sarge1 version of OpenSSL and a CVS daily that is approx 4
days old. I did not compile it with debugging symbols and I will do that as
soon as I can download the latest CVS daily snapshot. I am unable to reel
one in atm, it stalls.

Does anyone have advice on how to configure a router (Linksys WRT54GS using
"Talisman" instead of the OEM ROM) for ICQ? It seems that I need to do
something to enable direct connections and it is possible that I have Licq
misconfigured and not the router.

thanks
