This is the runtime libraries only. You need to install the "devel" rpm
for qt. It should be called something like "qt-devel-2.3.1-5" based on
what you have listed above. I believe this will also require a few
other "devel" libraries IIRC. All of these should be on one of the
RH7.2 CDs.
