Hi, I am using the latest stable release of licq on my Debian 2.2r system. I have encountered a problem while sending messages to icq users that use the latest windows client. Messages send through the server are not comming through to them. When marked as "urgent", one of 20 messages will get to their recipients. Has there been a change of protocol, should I use a cvs version?
