You indoed should use the CVS...
Note: SOME funktions are not implemented yet, cousing licq to crash (only if you
click on a non implemented feature, no outside users can crash licq)
But most is done now, develoment seems to be stuck (nothing is done)
I use lice-cvs quite long, and with now errors, so use that one.
