21, not 30. You must be thinking of the 2.0 series.

I trust the developers are aware that the latest release (1.0.4) isn't
much good these days. But on the other hand it is my impression that
there are quite a lot of changes going on with the insides of Licq, so
I think that's why they are holding a release back.

This isn't optimal since a lot of new users are bound to think Licq
isn't a good piece of software when they try out the latest release,
which doesn't work. But is it better to release something that isn't
stable? Just the other night the CVS-version I'm using crashed several
times :-(

An update about it on the frontpage of website would be just great, if
you ask me. Then new users could try out the development-version, but
then they would be aware that they should expect crashes at everything
else that comes with using bleeding edge.
