Licq has been a little bit dumb in guessing if it has to use "Send through
server", but this should be fixed in Licq 1.2.3.

I experienced this problem for a while, too. I don't know when this issue
disappeared. At least with KDE 3.1 and latest Licq (1.2.3) it's no problem
anymore. I cannot remember any patch in Licq to address this issue, so i
guess it's been a KDE problem.

positive feedback, and jon really did a great piece of work and re-vitalized
