i have the felling that the server side list support has something to do with this. Every time that a user is recived from the server contact list, its alias is updated. that is a nice behavior if you change the alias while you are online. what happens if you disable the Contact Server Side Support writing down a 0 to the the UseSS key at the file ~/.licq/licq.conf ? - -- Buenos Aires, Argentina -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQE+O2doUMlRieHkprgRAivnAJ0Rea7dta50YMflb7lQPLNzCHy5bACfdFNR hSG/pbsg6JfL0NWBIq8jLeA= =nySo -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ LICQ-Main mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/licq-main
