No, I modified all of them a long time ago. Some of them, using qt
plugin, some others directly on the files inside ~/.licq/users.
Reason for not doing it from the gui is that I can't use qt while at
work, because I don't have X access (in fact, haven't even compiled the
qt gui because of that).

Used to get them, but not anymore.

I really don't remember turning it on. All I noticed was that after I
compiled a recent snapshot, it updated everything. Didn't change
anything on licq.conf though.
