ok, i have one more update:
chat window is omnipresent if someone else sends me message, not if i 
send the first one. i don't have auto pop-up for new messages, so when 
message arrives, i double-click on the username in my contact list and 
chat window appears. this window is omnipresent, but not in 
'attributes', only in 'options' (). anyway, it's on the every desktop.
