Hm, in order to wipe the server list locally I could just delete 
the .licq dir and start over again. But what I would like to have 
actually is a way to accomplish the server side list with all the many 
contacts of my local contact list that are _not_ on the server, not the 
other way round.

Hm, that would be great - although I would use this tool hopefully only 
once - to synchronize my local and server side contact list.
