#1399: mistake in german translation

hello,
I found a little mistake in the german translation, i searched the
translationfile, but could not found the phrase.
Position in licq: message history
In englisch you say:
"Message from testuser"
and
"Message '''to''' testuser"
In Germany we say:
"Nachricht von testuser"
and
"Nachricht '''an''' testuser"
in version 1.3.2 and 1.3.4 (other version maybe to, i have not checked)
it says:
"Nachricht '''bis''' testuser"
both (bis and an) may be translated with '''to''', but have diffrent words
in englisch
'''bis''' is used for "from 12:00 to 13:00" or "from here to there" in
german
