New description:
Hy. I compiled the licq on OpenBSD and the qt-gui
plugin with some hacks to avoid the shared lib problem
with libtool. The problem is that libtool can't find a
shared version o Xss and gcc libraries, link a static
version of qt-gui. Than I remove from libtool script
and Makefile's the -lgcc and -lXss....then all compiles
ok! But when I trie to run licq it seens to go into an
infinite loop. Using top I discovered the the process
"sleep".... I typed licq -h -p qt-gui and I got the
help message of the plugin! What I want know is...the
plugin is working? This message prove it? And why I
can't get the "qt window"? There is a way to discover
what goes wrong?
Really sorry my english!
My system:
OpenBSD 3.3
QT 3.11
licq 1.2.7
gcc 2.95.3 20010125
I really would like to help to port licq to OpenBSD!
