New description:
Hi,
licq starts more and more processes, right after
starting there are 5 "licq" processes and about 15 of
these defunct ones.
after 30 mins there are about 40 of them
after an hour there are over 200 of the defuncts.
the "licq" processes stay constantly at 5.
i reproduced the problem with 1.2.4 and with cvs-daily
(licq-20030228), always the same.
its a very annoying problem, although licq works perfect.

Haven't seen this or heard anyone have this problem for a long time.
If anyone has seen this problem in 1.3.5 or later, please reopen this
ticket.
