#1645: Browser selection does not work in Qt4 GUI

Whatever I choose in the browser selection, I always get Konqueror as the
used webbrowser. Seems to be some Qt4 magic.
Also as an enhancement request: Would be nice to get an optional file
selection dialog to choose the browser binary, instead of the pre-coded
.sh files. More user flexibility this way.
