I'm having an issue properly exporting PDF and HTML from LyX in an automated fashion so we would have to manually build nightlies at this point. This is something I've been working on for a while, but please understand that setting up this infrastructure is very low on my priority list. Tyler, Marius and I have day jobs, do a lot of work on Lift proper, and are working hard to get the book ship-shape, so it didn't seem unreasonable to have people build it themselves.
