I thought I replied to this, apologies if it comes up twice.
I found the problem, the HTML shows tildes (~) rather than quotes
("). The PDF is fine (though copy and paste doesn't work as well). I
assumed it was a Lift or Scala weirdness.
Next question, where to file a bug about this?
