David & Squad:

Firstly, sorry for my inactivity lately, and I know I'm a newbie here, but
work has been dragging me down *argh*.

I would like to say though, David made many good points about War and the
MOQ. I think I'll just spell out what I think he was saying.

War and bombs are certainly Dynamic, but they are _not_ Quality, they are
some form of Dynamic Nadir. If you don't know the word look it up. If you
have a better word let me know and if you don't agree with its use, well
sorry. I never said I was an English major :). I just think that we need a
word to describe the opposite of Quality and Nadir seemed to fit the bill
better than any of the other words I was thinking of.

While pondering this juxtaposition I was thinking that just about everything
has to have quality in one form or another. I think I would say that a bomb
has a great amount of Static Quality. Once it becomes Dynamic it looses its
Quality.

Granted I understand that I am giving the bomb this Quality myself, and this
is not exactly what Pirsig means by Static Quality but it was an example and
I thought it might help to offer a solution to the problem. Maybe somebody
else would like to carry on with this idea and more aptly apply it to the
current topic? :)

Greg
