Please distinguish clearly between the subject of the topic you are
suggesting and what you wish to say about your (or another's) suggestion.
It would be helpful to put your suggestion(s) at the start of the post.
You can post your suggestions between now and 28/4/99. Don't delay - do it
today!
Don't send in your vote just yet. That bit comes in a couple of days . I'll
post the CALL FOR VOTES and a topic list on 29/4/99 - or thereabouts given
the timezone differences.
