at the time of release,
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/contributor/minor-release-checklist
showed the unmodified page, i.e. without the po-replace instructions.  So  
when I copy&pasted from that, there was no translation stuff.

Just keep a watch on this when we have 2.15.40.
