Hi Colin,
I noticed that your version of lilypond-extra claims "Patchy says: LGTM"
rather that "Patchy says: passes tests". That means that you are using
quite an outdated version of Patchy. That version likely is quite more
susceptible to followup errors when problems with one patch occur.
Maybe it is time for "git pull" in your lilypond-extra directory.
