I'll set to needs_work, just to be clear that the patch as it stands does
cause many regression-test differences. That is, patchy was correct the
first time.
The test 'bar-lines.ly' and any test with a repeat volta or \bar"" have bar
lines, or extents without visible barlines, at the wrong vertical positions.
