What rietveld calls "Patch set 3" should be applied on top of "Patch set 2". Either I'm not smart enough to upload a "Patch set" that includes several patches, either what rietveld calls a "Patch set" is just a single patch; in the latter case, I understand the failure from this comment.
If the issue is that these patches may not compile, I have already tested them.
