Actually, now that endSpanners works again (issue 2744)
{ \endSpanners r4\cresc b b b }
and also the case of issue 2776,
this warning becomes rather annoying.
Since the requester forgot twice to push it, maybe nobody really wants this
warning.
I'll remove it in a week unless there is objection.
