The regression test 'skyline-horizontal-padding.ly' is drastically changed,
showing the bug being fixed, but the automatic checker did not notice
changes in spacing between systems.
A better patches would be welcome. I could not figure out a convert-ly
rule for skyline-*tal-padding, but their use might be so rare that no-one
would benefit from such a conversion.
