Colin, the problem is in the chord of the last bar: tablature numbers should be, from lower to higher, 000755. LilyPond should find the lower E (open 6th string), as minimumFret is set to 0. Same for lower A, open 5th string, and lower D, open 4th string.
In the previous chord it works. Not in the last one. Keith gave already an explanation in this comment: http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2348#c30 He re-opened that issue. Maybe this new issue should be closed?
