Let's keep this as a documentation request, but wait until 2348 is closed
before documenting. It is easier to change code than document.
For now, minimumFret=#0 with restrainOpenStrings=#t
results in LilyPond assigning notes to fret-0 only if fingers can reach
that "fret" within minimumStretch of the other stopped frets.
