Keith's comments also asked questions which you did not yet reply to and he
suggested _two_ comments.
You did not subsequently change the code review. I don't see that James is
in the position to mark a patch "push" when several review points have not
been addressed and the purported code to push is not even put out for
review.
It is not fair to ask James to do a shoddy job. I suggest at least
addressing all of Keith's comments first before trying expediting this
issue.
