Actually, why snap-radius? It's not a radius judging from the commit
message but rather a purely horizontal distance. "radius" suggests a total
distance rather than a horizontal one.
Actually, it would likely make sense to have different snap-X-threshold and
snap-Y-threshold: if the Y distance is quite large (like cross-staff),
snapping does not make sense either.
