That patch set a default property all the text-interface objects, but
missed this one
\override Score.BalloonTextItem #'Y-extent =
#grob::always-Y-extent-from-stencil
We can add one line to define-grobs.scm to make the override above the
default, if we decide to keep the patch for issue 3199
