Issue 2832: clefOctavation should inherit properties from Clef
font-size would be more tricky as it is -4 for the main clef, but
maybe -8 for a cue clef (which has -4 itself) would be too much. So
probably the cue clef code should separately set this. Anyway, that's
a separate issue already.
