Though, it might be thinkable that someone wants to show \tabFullNotation
in a single voice only, but not in other voices, perhaps for educational
purpose.
\tabFullNotation contains a number of reverts. Some of the corresponding
overrides _have_ to be at TabStaff level since they concern properties
which are read by engravers at TabStaff level. You can't have them set to
different values for different voices.
