As another information point: after removing markup-list-commands.tely as
well, make complained that it did not know how to generate it.
This required removing Documentation/out-www/notation.dep (or similarly)
before it worked, so it would appear that the presence of bad .tely files
in the top directory gets reflected into .dep files.
