What are you trying to fix exactly? Is it just the change of fontforge
version output from 20120906 to 130728? If so, I think we should just
report this upstream. It looks like this was an unintentional change as
part of
https://github.com/fontforge/fontforge/commit/d12d756997f61f4b928fd67c843f0c0a93769120
(it should use %Y format instead of %y).
